今天还是为空间不能正常访问而倍感不安，因为现在博丫网的流量让我欢喜，但空间的访问问题让我烦恼，再加上自己英文水平差，不要说打客服咨询情况了，就算是写封电子邮件说明情况也是一大挑战。我期待已久的回复邮件终于来了，此时的我又是倍感焦虑，如何将这封邮件翻译成中文，对我而言，非常难，我茫然不知所措了，只能把邮件全文内容贴出来，希望懂英文的能够帮助翻译此段邮件！

　　从昨天开始到现在，只是过了二十多个小时，但一直想早点解决空间问题，所以对我而言，这等待的时间是很缓慢的。一天的等待，未果，别无他法，只能又另外想办法了。去了常逛的美国主机侦探论坛，找到了另外一种可以在线向godaddy反映问题的途径，通过到指定的页面提交留言就可以了。以下内容来自美国主机侦探论坛，通过中英文对比，教会了我如何给他们客服反馈问题。

　　填写表单说明：

　　以下信息都用英文填写

　　First Name: 名

　　Last Name:姓

　　Email 电子邮件 一定要填写能收国外邮件的信箱，否则就收不到回复了

　　Phone 电话

　　Domain Name 域名

　　Customer # or Login  会员号或者用户名

　　Product 选择产品 主机一般就是web hosting-linux 或者web hosting-windows你的操作系统是什么就选择哪个

　　Other 如果列表里面没有就在这里填写

　　Question 你的问题

　　If you are requesting account specific information, please enter the last four of the payment method on file for your account or your four digit support pin to verify you are the account holder

　　我还是满怀期待希望通过在线留言的方式，让他们及时把我的空间不能正常访问的问题解决掉。从我现在的流量数据分析来看，目前十五分钟内，同时在线人数也不过才三四百，没有理由就老是会让网站不能暂时访问，或者需要刷新多次才能访问的。唉，我只能在等他们的邮件回复消息了……

　　因博丫网高度关注四川汶州地震，所以博丫网流量从六七百快速到上升到了四千，五千，已经超过了一万IP。没有想到的是因为购买的国外空间访问老是受到限制。求助于很多人都无法解释这是什么原因，我自己也去从空间后台看了一下，流量也没有超标。在热心的博友“酋长”的帮助下，向Godaddy主机官方发出了求助邮件。真有点后悔当初没有学好英语，现在连最基本的单词都差不多忘记了。

　　说实话，对于邮件中的部分单词，我还是看得似懂非懂，这也是平生第一次写英文邮件，其中很多语句是通过谷歌翻译进行提取的。现在最大的心愿就是可以尽快收到他们的回复，解决空间不能正常访问的问题，因为流量一大，空间就会出现503的错误提示，至于以后肯定要学点常用的英语，否则老是问及别人也不好，要懂得自主自立嘛！很久没有更新博客日志了，今天难得抽出时间来发发牢骚……
